We arrived at the
bland family Christmas party a tad late, but we are just happy we were able to
go and see everyone. We drove Kim’s mom,
and she certainly got a kick out of us temporarily getting lost. We had looked
at the map ahead of time and planned our own route, but it turns out that
certain streets didn’t really connect like the map made them appear.
There was yummy food and
good company. We ate and visited, we had
a white elephant gift exchange (thank you Janet for bringing enough presents
for us to participate in the game), and we sang Christmas Carols. We ended up scoring a Desktop Organizer and a
projector. Elyas scored some markers; we
think he is going to love them.
Overall it was a fun
party and we were glad we could make it; we didn’t get many pictures, which is
sad, but here are a few that were taken.
